Questions
Common questions
Do you take insurance?
We accept many insurance plans. Call 801-558-1460 and we'll help you check your plan.
When are appointments available?
Daytime and evening appointments are available, so you can fit sessions around work or school.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. What you share in therapy stays between you and your therapist, with the narrow exceptions the law requires, such as a risk of serious harm. Your therapist will go over these with you at the first visit.
How do sessions work?
All sessions are held by secure video, so you can get care from the privacy of your home. You just need a phone, tablet or computer with a camera and a quiet, private space.
What if I'm in crisis right now?
Call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, any time of day. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
If you are struggling, we encourage you to reach out.
We're certain you'll be glad you did.
